Attendance policies: Rose City Flute Choir (RCFC) is an adult volunteer organization. As adults, we need to all be responsible for attending as many rehearsals as humanly possible--at least 70%.   Remember, EVERYONE plays an important role in RCFC and it's important that all parts are covered & balanced at rehearsals.   Attendance is important to the continuing quality of the group and is required at a minimum of two of the last three rehearsals prior to a performance. 

If you must miss a rehearsal or concert, please contact Phyllis at 503-579-6987 or palouke @comcast.net, as soon as you know of the conflict. 

Rehearsals:
Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm.
Bring your instrument and a music stand.

Westside United Methodist Church,
13420 SW Butner Road, Beaverton

The church is  located on Butner Road  between Murray & Cedar Hills Blvd.  It’s at the corner of Butner & Tropicana on the south side of the street.

• Coming from Highway 26: Take the Murray Blvd. exit.  Go south on Murray and turn left (East) on Butner Road (it's the traffic signal just past Village Baptist Church).  Go approximately 2 blocks.  Turn right on Tropicana (just before you see the church) and park in the parking lot next to the church on the left. 

• Coming from the south, i.e. T.V. Hwy.:  Go north on Murray Blvd.  Turn right at Butner Road (there's a traffic signal and it's the next major intersection past Walker Road).  Go approximately 2 blocks.  Turn right on Tropicana (just before you see the church) and park in the parking lot next to the church on the left.
